Is this an original figure or a bootleg?

Yes, this is an officially licensed product from Megahouse. We do not sell bootlegs or counterfeits - only original figures from trusted suppliers. This way you know for sure that you are getting quality.

Are Look Up figures really limited edition?

Not officially labeled as limited edition , but they are only produced once.

Most of Megahouse's Look Up figures only get one production run (or pre-order window). Once that batch sells out at distributors, it's uncertain if there will ever be a reprint. Some popular characters do get a re-release (like Gojo's original Look Up), but that's rare.

How will my figure be shipped?

We package each figure securely and safely, including bubble wrap, padding and a suitable box. This way your figure arrives neat and undamaged - even with fragile boxes or transparent bases.

What is the delivery time?

All figures in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the Netherlands. For pre-orders we always mention the expected delivery date in the product description.

Can I exchange or return my order?
